Motorola reveals the new Moto X4 to be available from September

Motorola unveils the 4th generation X series as Moto X4. The smartphone will hit the stores by September 2017. The new Moto X4 will have a 5.2-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The Smartphone seems to be available in two colors Super Black and Sterling Blue. The device comes up in a measurement of 148.35 x 73.4 x 7.99 mm and weighs around 163 grams. The smartphone will be varied in four Global Variants, all the models will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor as standard. In Asia Pacific region the Moto X4 will come with  4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, and in Europe, North America and Latin America the smartphone will arrive with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage.

Display

The new Moto X4 comes with LTPS IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with 16M colors combination. The size seems to be around 5.2 inches of 1080 x 1920 pixels with Corning Gorilla Glass  protection.

Network

The smartphone supports GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 – SIM 1 & SIM 2 (dual-SIM model only) on 2G bands and HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 on 3G bands. It also supports LTE band 1(2100), 2(1900), 3(1800), 4(1700/2100), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 17(700), 20(800), 28(700) of 4G LTE.

Chipset

The smartphone is manufactured with Qualcomm Snapdragon 630. It is filled with Octa-core Octa-core 2.2 GHz Cortex-A53 and Adreno 508 as Graphical processing unit.

Platform

The device comes with Android Nougat OS version 7.1.

Camera

The Moto X4 is comes with Dual primary camera as 12 MP with f/2.0 + 8 MP with f/2.2. The primary camera comes with phase detection autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash. It has special features like 1.4 µm pixel size @ 12 MP, 1.12 µm pixel size @ 8 MP, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, auto-HDR. The video recording takes as 2160p@30fps, 1080p@30/60fps with dual camera. The secondary camera comes with 16 MP with f/2.0, 1.0 µm pixel size. The secondary camera supports 1080p process with front LED flash.

Memory

The new smartphone has storage capability of 32 GB with 3 GB RAM and an additional microSD card slot expandable upto 256 GB.

Battery

The device is powered with Non-removable Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery.

The device will cost around ₹30,000(INR), $480, £370 roughly on market.
