Google mid-range Pixel to be called as Pixel 3a and 3a XL

Everyone are concerned about the Google’s mid-range phone as they are not called as Pixel Lite instead they are called as Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL. The screen size seems to be 5.6” and 6” inches available in the renders. The complete specification and differences are not known yet for the devices.

The Pixel 3a will have a 5.6” OLED screen with a 1,080 x 2,220px resolution of 18.5:9. The device does not have any notch as available in the Pixel 3 series, may be the actual design may be unveiled only at the release. The CAD designs also gives a notch less design for the device.

The camera seems to be of 12 MP on the back for Pixel 3a, which might have the camera quality as same as the Pixel 3. The front camera is of 8 MP with a wide-angle selfie camera but not with ultra wide-angle camera. As the phone seems to be mid-range device and would not support with high end camera specs.

As per the rumors pecs the device is powered with Snapdragon 670 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage. May be the XL model will have a Snapdragon 710 powered chipset, but it is not confirmed yet. Both the devices will have eSIM and the Titan M security chip. The device will also have 18W fast-charging over USB-C Power Delivery will be enabled for the 3,000mah battery. But it doesn’t have wire-less charging configuration.

The launch of the devices will be happening this year but the exact date is not announced yet. As per the rumor it seems to be expected during Spring.
