Microsoft launches Surface Pro 6, Surface Laptop 2, Surface Studio 2 and Surface Headphones

Microsoft launches some of the new hardwares on the special event. The company introduced Surface Pro 6 and Surface Laptop 2 with the new color. Along with this Studio 2 and the all-new Surface Headphones also launched.

Surface Pro 6

The new Surface Pro 6 has Intel’s 8th generation processor variations. It also comes with internal cooling in quad core, it will be 67% faster than the previous version as the company says.

It has a battery life of 13.5 hours and weighs around 1.7 pounds. It comes with 12.3-inch display and has 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD storage. There is no change in the design and it has no USB-C ports.

The price variation starts at $899 with a Corei5 processor. THe pre-orders are started as it will be released on October 16th.

Surface Laptop 2

The Surface Laptop 2 comes with thinnest ever LCD display with an Intel’s 8th-gen CPUs. The device is 87% faster than the previous version. The screen size seems to be 13.5″, but now has a 1500:1 contrast ratio. The hardware is still the same as the previous version.

It has a battery life of 14.5 hours and seems to be quieter an smoother than previous version. The pre-orders have been started at a starting price of $999. The device will be available from October 16th.

Surface Studio 2

The Surface Studio 2 comes with a 38% brighter screen and has 22% more contrast than the previous one. The hardware equipment seem to be identical. The display supports DCI-P3 color space. The new Surface Studio 2 has Nvidia’s next-gen Pascal graphic, not the RTX GPU and has 2 TB SSD storage.

The Pre-orders are available now and the pricing starts at $3,499.

Surface Headphones

Another new hardware has been added to the list of Microsoft hardware. The new Surface Headphones is built with Bluetooth and has a built in Cortana. It has 40mm drivers, 4 beamforming mics, and 4 active noise canceling mics. The price comes around $350 will be availabe later this year.
