The launch of Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL were a giant release from Google. The area which grabbed the audiences on the launch is the camera. The delivery speech about the camera was a bit long as it had more features to explain. The camera will be a benchmark feature of the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL devices. Apart from other smartphones The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL has single 12.2 MP rear camera which adds 1.4µm pixels and an f/1.8 aperture. Along with this the rear camera has both optical and electronic image stabilization. It adds up autofocus, dual pixel phase detection too. The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL camera uses Pixel Visual Core chip to enable HDR+ for capturing photos.
Another new feature added up with the list is the Top Shot. The user dont want to worry about the perfect moment to be clicked, as the Pixel 3 will capture a set of photos HDR+ and picks out the best shot. The user may also change and pick with the different shot from the list as it is not limited. That Pixel Visual Core chip has another lineup feature is that Super Res Zoom, which should help fill the gaps left by the Pixel 3’s lack of a telephoto lens. This feature lets the device to pick out the high resolution zoomed in shot gives out the picture without any noise and grains. The Night Sight feature enhances the low light picture and brings the best without needing the flash light.
Coming to fornt facing camera, the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL has dual setup of front-facing camera. Both camera comes with 8 MP. One camera has a wide angle lens of f/1.8, 28mm and the other one has ultrawide angle lens with f/2.2, 19mm. The ultrawide angle lens cover a larger area than the reputed and captures a better frame for all.
